Pickup from Truck means that we will deliver to the downstairs area of your house or estate. We will call you when we approach, and you will come down to meet our truck and pick up your goods. The shipping fee for Pickup is $30, and you can get Pickup if you purchase over $500.

Home delivery means that we will deliver your order to your door. We will call as we arrive, then our driver will bring your goods up. The shipping fee for this shipping method is $50, and you can get free home delivery with a purchase over $1500.

Your order will be packed in its own bag. This will be placed in a cool box with ice bags to maintain maximum freshness. Depending on the the size of your order, there will be one or more Order Bags in each cool box. We will give you your own order Order Bag directly to you.

After the order is placed, you will see the confirmation page and receive an email. You can check your order details in the email or log in to your account here to check the details of the previous order.

Our China fruit and veg orders go to wholesalers on Saturdays. Flowers and imported fruit we order on Sundays. If we haven’t purchased your item already we can immediately cancel. If you contact us AFTER your order has gone in, we will make try to sell your goods to other customers / friends / neighbours, but a refund is not otherwise guaranteed. We want to keep you as a long term customer, and will do our best we can to help you.

We also pack and treat all products with the utmost care. Still, sometimes fruit or veg is bad on the inside, and sometimes things get damaged in transit. And sometimes packing mistakes happen. If you have any problems, just let us know or directly apply for a refund. More info below.

In the website, click into My Account, thenMy Orders, and click the "Refund" button next to the relevant order. Tick the checkbox next to the product to be refunded, select the reason for the return, and type in the basic reason for refund. Please attach photos for any damaged or un-fresh goods. The customer service staff will process your refund within 24 hours."Refund Through Manual Method" means that your refund will go to your credit card or other payment method you used. "Customer wallet" refers to an amount that can be deducted from the price of you order amount next time you place an order. If you have unused funds in your wallet, you can ask for for your money at any time, and we will return it via the payment method you originally used. Please note that credit card refunds will take about 10 days).
